Can't believe we've been in Marathon for almost 2 months. But its been a great time with awesome weather and we've gotten lots done on Bozo Cinq.
1) we added a air compressor to fill tanks
2) took a class updating our scuba certification
3) bought a tank and equipment to scuba so we could clean under the boat
4) cleaned Bozo Cinq to almost new
5) sold our dingy and motor and got a new AB aluminum bottom dingy and Yamaha 2 stoke motor
Plus most importantly enjoyed Marathon and the Florida Keys and meet some awesome people...
The Marathon Marina is great.. Plus Judy and Dennis who run the marina are great people....The marina has a Captains lounge, Exercise room, Lazy Days restaurant and an awesome pool, see picture below.
We also got to do our favorite thing, walk Sombrero Beach several mornings with our latte from Leigh Anns Coffee shop (best Eggs Benedict on the island).
Another favorite was walking 7 mile bridge to Pigeon Island and touring the island
