Our condo is on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos. We're a few blocks from Grace Beach which is 12 miles long (see picture below). They speak english here, use US currency, no property tax and the "belongers" (the locals) are awsome people.
Bozo Cinq is on the market in Martinique and as soon as she sells we'll buy a power boat that will be better suited for these waters...
