Boston

We arrived in Boston over the Labor Day weekend. We stayed at the Constitution Marina which right next to the USS Constitution "Old Ironsides" boat. The USS Constitution was developed and built in response to the threat of Barbary corsairs, which threatened American merchant shipping off northern coast of Africa.astern seaboard. The 44-gun USS Constitution, built in Boston, was launched on Oct. 21, 1797. What a incredible vessel and the history is awesome. Everyone should should stop and take the free tour and view the museum.

We also saw the First Church of Christ, Scientist, the Mapparium which is a three-story tall glass globe of stained glass that is viewed from a 30-foot-long bridge through its interior, the Freedom Trail, Bunker Hill, the Granary Burying Ground where three signers of the Declaration of Independence, Samuel Adams, John Hancock, and Robert Treat Paine, are buried, The Boston Tea Party Museum, Boston Common, and the Boston Aquarium. Boston is an awesome place with more to see than a week would allow.
