Highborne Cay, Bahamas

Had a great sail from Nassau to Highborne Cay today. Left at high tide 10:30 am and arrived in Highborne Cay at 3:30pm.  On Saturday we got up and walked what they say is the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas "East Beach" which is 1 mile long it's awesome. We walked the beach at 8 am and not a single person on the beach. Wow!

Highborne is a private island that is 3 miles long and if you are in the marina you have access to the entire island. We rode bikes the entire island and saw every beach on the island. What a beautiful place! It is very well maintained and has cottages to rent which would be great.
2/19 took the dingy over to Allan Cay which is covered with iguanas which are protected by the Bahama government. They come right near you wanting to be feed, which you aren't supposed to do but obviously people do which is why they come to you.
Highborne Marina is a great marina and the island is pristine.
