Saint Lucia

Had a great "SAIL, no motor" all the way to Marigot Bay. Marigot Bay is located on the western coast of the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. James Mitchner says Marigot Bay is the most beautiful bay in the Caribbean, what do you think?
It is surrounded on three sides by steep, forested hills. A very picturesque anchorage and very peaceful, our home for 4 great days..
Rented a car and toured the island.
6/29 We headed south and visited the town of Soufriere where we visited The Diamond Botanical Gardens and Diamond Falls (the waterfall changes between a yellow, black and greenish shades several times a day),

The Pitons,

Mineral Baths,

Toraille Falls, The Drive thru Volcanoe (often referred to as "the world's only drive-in volcano," this belching mountain emits more gas than lava) and the Jerusalem Baths. Great day, then an awesome dinner at Rainforest Hideaway in Marigot Bay which can only be reached by water...

6/30 Today we headed north visiting  Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Reduit Beach and Pigeon Island where we climbed to Rodney Fort and Signal Peak. Website: http://slunatrust.org/sites/pigeon-island-national-landmark Wow what a view!
Saint Lucia is a beautiful island.....we'll be back.
